The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional staff. Despite some shortcomings like cleanliness issues, unhelpful front desk, and maintenance problems, the dedicated and friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. the positive attitude and helpfulness of the staff truly made a difference in our overall experience at the hotel.

The breakfast was EXCELLENT! I wish it started earlier for early flights. Rooms were clean, but a bit small. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again. Photos don't do justice to the breakfast spread!

City Avenue was a fantastic choice for my stay in Deira. the central location allowed me to easily access everything on foot. the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, respectful, and provided speedy service. Without a doubt, I would choose City Avenue again for my next visit.

Air-con room had all I needed at arm's reach. Rec staff spoke French – handy! Enjoyed free WiFi everywhere. Shopping was easy from here. Airport close. Ate diverse cuisines nearby. Cute! Needed PCR test? Easy peasy at site. Stay was hassle-free. Beds were cozy! Had a laugh with guests at the bar. Great stay! Made a quirky friend at the breakfast buffet. Hubby was clueless about the local dishes – got to explore alone!

The front desk, led by the gentleman Mr. Suresh, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. My room was even upgraded free of charge. The bed comfort was amazing, and the cleaning team deserves great appreciation. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the staff, including the bell boys, security, and housekeeping. Comfortable Beds. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud during my stay. The premium bedding was so comfortable that it was hard to get out of bed in the morning. The 24-hour room service and late-night room service made it easy for me to indulge in the comfort of the cozy bed without worrying about getting hungry.

Cons: The breakfast spread left us craving more, and the plane engine noise could interrupt your beauty sleep. Rooms were snug, and a bit pricey for the size. Gym buffs might be disappointed. But hey, who said Dubai's perfect? Just keep sipping that coffee, and enjoy the adventure.

During our recent stay, we found this hotel very near to the airport which was great as we had an early flight. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit basic. The park outside was a nice touch, but the hotel was quite far from the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sayeed who provided great room service.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with limited options and a lack of fresh fruit.

the housekeeping was excellent, and the rooms were cozy and clean. the location is great - with a supermarket and a barber nearby. the best part was the free basement parking - a real value-added service.
